How to Fix Problems with Kernel32 – If you have problems with this file, you really need to work with caution!
Steps
Open My Computer .
Go to the C drive.
Go to WINDOWS.
Go into system32.
Look for a file called kernel32. If you have a kernel32.exe file in that folder, you have a virus. Use your virus-fighting software or take your computer to a computer repairman. Don’t delete the file!
If you have kernel32.dll, you don’t have a virus but you still need to repair the file. Consult technical support for assistance. You may need to download a new copy of the file.
